For those wanting to add laser therapy to their treatment with Dr. Scoppa, we offer this add-on that can be booked before or after your session with him. We use a class IV cold-laser. Why does the type of laser matter? Any light therapy has the ability to affect your nervous system via skin receptors, which is generally positive, however only a class IV laser has the additional benefit of being able to penetrate skin tissue and stimulate healing below the skin.
